What is a 3-in-1 product? TOP

A product that can be worn in 3 ways.  For example,  our flower headbands can be used as a  (1) Flower clip (2) Headband or (3) Flower Headband.

 

What are interchangeable headbands? TOP

Headbands that have a opening for any type of clip to be easily inserted or removed.  All of our headbands are interchangeable and fit newborn to adult.

 

 

What is a no slip grip? TOP

A matching product ribbon is attached to all 2 inch clips.  Then, a hidden no slip grip is added inside of the clip.  This ensures that the clip will stay in place without damaging any hair type.

 

What are my payment options? TOP

There are two payment options to choose from when checking out.  (1)  All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted via Paypal secured payments.  If you do not have a paypal account then, you must create one in order to proceed with your purchase.  (2)  Mail Payment option is only for pre-approved wholesale accounts.

 

What are custom orders? TOP

A one of a kind product that is made to match a specific need.  Please feel free to contact us for more colors, sizes or to mix and match any of our products.

 

What are my shipping costs? TOP

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment received.  For US wholesale orders, please allow up to 3 days for delivery and 10 days for International orders.  Shipping costs within the US have a flat rate of $ 4.80 and International shipments cost are approximately $25.95.  FREE shipping on all orders over $ 50.00.   All shipments are sent through USPS Priority Mail.  Contact us for faster service here.

What is your return policy? TOP

Product(s) can be returned only within 10 days after receiving your package.  Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received your order.  The product must be returned in it's original packaging and condition sent.  Product cannot be worn, smell of smoke or have pet hair.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  Once return has been received back, inspected and approved for full or partial refund then, we will credit your account via Paypal secured payments.  You will receive a confirmation email.   Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Starlet Goodies.

See our Order Tracking Page for more information regarding your order.  Please note:  You will need the email address used when placing your order and order number.

How to become featured on Our Starlets page? TOP

Simply email us your picture and customer name to customerservice@starletgoodies.com.  If your picture is approved then we will email you back a photo consent form that you will need to print, fill out and the original document will need to be mailed back to us.  Make sure to keep a copy for your records.   Once we have received your photo consent form, we will add your picture.  Check back periodically to see when your picture has been added to Our Starlets Page.
